How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage and process accurate invoices to ensure timely payments

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

• Verify invoice details including descriptions, pricing, and terms

• Record incoming payments and issue receipts

• Collaborate with inventory and receiving teams to track missing receipts

• Resolve billing discrepancies quickly and professionally

• Communicate with suppliers to correct invoice issues

• Support financial reporting and documentation efforts

Your Background

• Associate degree in Business or related field preferred

• experience with SAP software

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
