Act as the administrative focal pointfor the IOM PRIMA portalsystem and regularly upload information and support follow-up action.
Under guidance of the RPDO, provide administrative and coordination support to ongoing knowledge management processes at mission.
Maintainup-to-date mapping of donor contacts, trends and opportunities based on RMD information.
Education
School diploma with five years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, Business Administration, Migration Studies, International Relations, Law, or related field with three years of relevant professional experience; or,
Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
Experience
Experience in the field of migration issues, including operational and field experience, with project management, project development and other relevant technical experience;
Demonstrated expertise in the technical area particularly project development;
Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, other national/international institutions, private sector and NGOs; and,
Work experience in project development in the Region is an asset.

Languages
IOM’s official languages are English, French and Spanish.
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
