Job Details

Prosegur Security Monitoring is in search of motivated, reliable, and hard-working ISOC agents to add to our growing team! Prosegur ISOC agents use our “Eyes In The Sky” tech to monitor and keep safe our clients’ facilities. We are Security experts.

Starting Pay: $17 per hour

Bilingual (Spanish speaking) $18 per hour

Shift Differential of $2.00 per hours between 11pm-7am daily.

• Mainly looking for Second and Third shift candidates.

Responsibilities

At Prosegur Monitoring, every agent is responsible for the following:

• Watching our surveillance cameras with intense diligence
• Providing top-notch customer service to all end-user clients
• Following client-provided instructions
• Answering incoming calls and dispatching emergency calls as necessary
• Respond to inbound alarm signals

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude with a professional demeanor
• High school diploma
• 18 years old or older
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be very comfortable with computers
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Must be able to work at our Lowell, MA facility
• This is not a telecommuting (remote) position
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks as needed

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
