- Conduct options analysis and assess the feasibility and operational impact of various solutions
- Help ensure that proposed solutions meet both business and user needs
- Work independently to complete tasks and deliverables linked to projects
- Model different elements of the business with minimal guidance
- Understand the impacts of potential changes on business processes, systems, and roles
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance within defined projects
- Analyze, design, and prioritize business changes to enhance operations and services
- Support the implementation of proposed business improvements
- Evaluate information to support the design and assessment of business processes and usability tests
- Select and use appropriate tools and techniques for planning, analysis, and implementation
- Identify and validate business and user requirements through effective communication
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to clarify needs and commitments
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements such as GDPR/PCI
- Review and sign off on strategies and plans to ensure alignment with business requirements and customer satisfaction
#LI-UKQualifications
- Previous IT experience and relevant business analysis experience, supported by an IT-related qualification
- Strong understanding of development lifecycles, particularly initial stages such as concept scoping and high-level requirements
- Familiarity with visual models for analysis, such as workflow diagrams or prototypes
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze business needs and produce accurate documentation
- Capacity to adapt quickly to changes and learn in various situations
- A collaborative mindset with a strong team spirit
