Technical consultant

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide expertise on the deployment and use of the NCR Atleos Software

· Troubleshooting and optimization activities on production systems

· Workshops meetings to gather and document specs and customer requirements, customization of the System Software to fit with the gathered requirements

· Working in conjunction with engineering teams to implement and support self-service software solutions based on the NCR APTRA family of solutions.

· Develop and maintain working relationships with key persons on the client engagement, to ensure the client’s needs are met in a professional manner

Basic Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a solid consultant eager to learn new things, attracted by technical challenges and willing to invest in new and challenging environment. Training will be provided.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.

· Ability to review logs and traces

· Well versed in SW / HW deployment / networking, LAN/WAN / security / LDAP etc.

· Good analysis and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to work with teams and on own initiative

· Very Good communication and documentation skills

· Fluent English is a must

· Exposure and previous experience on ATM / POS Application terminals an advantage
