Requirements and Description

Job Title: Technology Transformation Intern

Location: Atlanta Headquarters, Salesforce Tower

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Job Duties:

Support the Technology and Transformation team on active AI initiatives, including Schedule Automation and DispatchOS.
Assist with data analysis, dashboards, and reporting to track project KPIs and station adoption.
Document business requirements and process flows for ongoing transformation projects.
Support user acceptance testing and change management activities, including training materials and communications.
Complete a capstone project, presenting findings and recommendations to Transformation leadership at the end of the internship.
