Buckeye Partners is currently seeking an IT Lead, Enterprise Information Management with experience in developing and maintaining the organizations enterprise data management program and supporting technologies.
Role Summary:
The IT Lead, Enterprise Information Management role will work closely with leaders in implementing the overall EIM strategy for the Business Intelligence processes around requirements gathering, data model design, data asset definitions and data productization and will be working on hybrid data platform technologies for the enterprise to enable the full realization of data as a strategic asset. This role will also serve as the strategic interface with the business units and functional areas for the purpose of managing reporting demand, prioritization, solution discovery, and relationship management. This role will be reporting to EIM IT Manager.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:
Project Implementation.
- Responsible for the intake, business engagement and preliminary design of all reporting requests.
- Develop detailed data requirements and wireframes to accelerate development and sprint release delivery.
- Design and Develop complex data requests and reporting visualizations in a manner that will facilitate staged and continuous delivery of value.
- Responsible for testing, conducting reviews and ensure the team deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
- Collaborate with other Program teams, IT Business Partners, PMO, and external partners for any kind of risk mitigation and meeting project deliverables, schedules, and milestones.
- Able to support/break fix issues within the defined SLA
- Ability to travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally.

Essential Functions:
- This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or/quantitative productivity standards.
- This role requires the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
- This position requires compliance with all personnel policies.
Physical & Safety Requirements:
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
- This role continuously operates a computer and other office productivity equipment (i.e. a calculator, copy machine and computer printer).
