IT Project ManagerInformation Technology35.75 hours per week (1.0FTE) / Open EndedGrade 8: £44,128 – £55,755 per annum (with possible progression to £62,728)Ref: CVIS00020AQMU is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Information Technology team.Reporting to the Head of IT, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that support theuniversity’s strategic goals and enhance digital transformation.In this role, you will manage a portfolio of IT and business-related projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives on time, within scope, and to budget.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the university’s strategic objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-departmental teams and third-party suppliers to deliver project outcomes.
• Conduct risk management and develop mitigation plans.
• Support business process improvement initiatives and assist in defining system requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.
• Project portfolio planning and progress reporting to senior management
