IT Risk Consulting Assistant/Junior (m/f)

EY Risk Consulting provides support to clients in achieving the goals of their business transformation by using integrated solutions. We provide a wide range of services related to support in IT management, IT risk management, Cybersecurity and in the implementation of digital and technological transformation, data-driven transformation as well as support in the selection and implementation of IT solutions.

Your key responsibilities

You will provide high quality IT Risk consulting support to EY’s clients. You will get an inside look at the people, processes, methods, and technologies while working inside a large local and international companies. You will work as a team member for the public and private sector clients on IT consulting projects related to following areas:

• Understanding of business processes and internal IT systems of our clients
• Evaluation of information system’s functionalities and capabilities with global information and communications technology (ICT) standards and national regulations
• IT risk management and cybersecurity

There are several ongoing long-term projects and project opportunities which require ICT expertise.

Most of your time will be spent embedded within our team or directly within our clients’ teams, so you’ll also build a network of relationships across multiple industries.

Your job description

• Working as a team member for the public and private sector clients in projects related to following areas:
• IT strategy
• IT risk management and cybersecurity
• Improving efficiency and/or service quality of the IT organization
• Developing conceptual architecture for IT solutions
• Developing functional and non-functional requirement documents for IT procurements
• Supporting Clients on selection of the IT solutions
• Quality assurance service during IT implementation projects
• Preparation of proposals and client presentations, performing client workshops and supervising analytical tasks like business process mapping and modeling, gathering of system requirements, etc.
• Project management responsibilities and supporting sales and market development
• Establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships

Requirements for candidates

• Master’s degree (information technology, economy, business or similar fields are desirable)
• Understanding of management concepts in areas of business strategy, organizational development, performance measurement, operations management, finance and IT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English
• Experience related to IT consulting is considered an advantage as well as experience in working with clients
• Self-motivation, problem-solving capabilities, „can do” attitude
• Detail oriented, able to work in precise and accurate manner

Work location Zagreb, Croatia with travelling – depending on project needs
