What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an IT Sourcing Consultant or Sr IT Sourcing Consultant to join our Global Sourcing team! In this role, you’ll negotiate strategic technology contracts, partnering with the business to solution hard problems in ways that benefit our customers while strengthening our business. This team is passionate about providing the most value to our business partners.

You’ll help us transform the way we deliver value. We’re targeting highly motivated Technology Sourcing professionals who can encourage innovative solutions that bring value to the enterprise. You’ll work closely with key partners to develop effective negotiation and cost reduction strategies, through dynamic requirements that are tied to strategic level business and technology objectives.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Negotiate technology hardware, software and telecom contracts
• Lead RFx requirements development, supplier selection, pricing analysis, and contract review and negotiation
• Provide subject matter expertise while leading all aspects of strategic sourcing for high complexity (dollar and risk) third-party needs including supply & demand planning, supplier selection, and contract review and negotiation
• Mentor and influence internal and external leaders and teams to promote standard processes in category management and achieve business results
• Develop sourcing initiative strategies according to the total cost of ownership model, internal data and market intelligence
• Collaborate with internal leaders to develop sourcing/procurement requirements and deliver solutions for their business needs as we produce outcomes our customers love
• Support audit compliance and risk management efforts and overall category management objectives
• Provide market and industry intelligence, innovation, and standard methodologies

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience in procurement, sourcing, Technology vendor management, or contract negotiation
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external and internal partners at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• Skilled at solving challenging problems and influencing stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking, financial acumen and the basic understanding of supply change management concepts

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

• Strategic planning, spend analysis and supplier management (performance tracking and reporting, governance) experience
• Extensive experience negotiating SOW agreements

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range

$86450 – $140000 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments

This role offers in-office or hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) in Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.

Job Level

We’ll consider talent at the next level (Sr IT Sourcing Consultant) with the right experiences and skills. The Sr level requires 6+ years of related experience (procurement, sourcing, Technology vendor management, or contract negotiation) and 2+ years of Technology
