About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused IT Technician to join our growing team in Diamond Bar. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily IT operations-handling everything from hands-on hardware prep and inventory control to providing top-tier support for our end users.

Key Responsibilities
As an IT Technician, your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Hardware Deployment: Image, configure, and prepare laptops and tablets for deployment.
- Inventory & Logistics: Assist with receiving incoming equipment, managing physical inventory, and keeping our IT storage spaces organized and clean.
- End-User Support: Maintain a high level of customer service, utilizing both your technical troubleshooting and strong soft skills to assist team members.
- Ticket Management & Documentation: Document all incoming technical issues and route/escalate them to the appropriate IT specialty teams as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Follow direction from the IT Support Supervisor to execute daily priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who brings a mix of technical capability and stellar communication skills:
- education/experience: CompTIA A+ certification is preferred, OR 1-2 years of equivalent hands-on IT support experience.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating technical jargon for non-technical users.
- Customer Service: Prior experience in a call center or phone support environment is a major plus.
- Physical/Logistical: Ability to work onsite daily at our Diamond Bar location and assist with moving/organizing IT equipment.
Schedule & Work Hours
- Shift: Standard 8-hour shift scheduled within the window of 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility: Occasional overtime may be required based on business demands. Occasional evening shifts may be required (advance notice will always be provided).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.00/hr to $23.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
