We have partnered with a real estate and property management company located in Pontiac, MI
Summary:
We are looking for a janitor/maintenance employee
Qualifications:
- Perform vacant unit preparation including general cleaning of floors, walls, windows,
- light fixtures, cupboards, drawers, toilets, tubs, vent fans, etc.
- Clean appliances (stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.) inside, outside,
- underneath and behind in vacant units.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM
All Candidates are subject to pre-placement drug screening and a criminal background check.
