Job Description

The Janitorial position performs interior/exterior cleaning and maintains buildings/facilities. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular area of building facilities. This position helps ensure customer satisfaction, ensures target goals/deadlines are met and ensures they are following company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Clean and supply designated building areas
* Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, as needed
* Produces quality work within pre-set time frames
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* 0-2 year of relevant experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Dependable, reliable and punctual
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
