Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients’ compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.
Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You are expected to interact with clients at a senior level and drive overall project success, leveraging your influence, specialized knowledge, and network to deliver quality results.

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

6 years of experience

CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $119,300 – $328,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
