As a Finance Controller, you will:

• Lead the budget, trend, and actual analysis, consolidating the full P&L.
• Prepare, analyze, and review month-end close, trends, and budget information, presenting findings to senior management.
• Provide risk and opportunity analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Track P&L risks and opportunities in real-time, preparing and analyzing reports.
• Act as a liaison between Brand Controllers, facilitating data exchange.
• Conduct monthly budget meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring cost control and alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare monthly journal entries/reversals for accruals and actual reporting.
• Drive process improvements and create value through cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• MUST HAVE NO MORE THAN 4 YEARS experience
• Deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
• Advanced Excel skills (Xlookup, Sumifs, Pivot Table, Index Match).
• SAP general ledger experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.24 to $33.60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
