This role is situated within the Defence discipline and offers a junior project management position designed to support professional growth into a full-fledged Project Manager.Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting project managers with risk portfolio management and project plans.
• Organising transport and logistics for various projects.
• Managing smaller projects, typically with a budget under £1 million.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Contributing to the development of project processes and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with defence Project Professional tools and methodologies.
• Beneficial to have experience with Microsoft Project.
• Good communication skills with a confident demeanour.
• A desire and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Background in defence or military sectors is advantageous.
• Experience in project management or related fields, including dealing with various stakeholders.

Work Schedule:

• Three days on-site, one day remote
• Working week is 4.5 days, with an early finish on Fridays from home

• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
