Echo Lake Foods is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales
Account Manager to support our sales team. This in-house role will focus on
managing smaller accounts, providing sales support, and assisting with account
growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a
customer-focused mindset, and a passion for the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain relationships with smaller accounts, ensuring
customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide sales support to the senior sales team, including order processing,
pricing updates, and customer inquiries.
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and
customer fulfillment.
• Track sales data and generate reports for management review.
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
• Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the food
industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset
