£23,000 – £25,000 + Bonus (OTE up to 35k) + Progression + Training + Company Benefits
Watford, HertfordshireAre you from a logistics, supply chain, procurement or similar background with experience in an office environment, looking to kickstart your career as a Buyer, with ongoing technical training and a clear path to Senior Buyer within 2 years?Are you looking for a rewarding role where you truly get out what you put in, with personal development plans and a bonus structure to drastically increase your earnings?In this role you will be working within a close-knit procurement team who will help mould and develop your skills, allowing you to progress into a fully-fledged Buyer. You will be making outbound sales calls to source a range of goods from around the world, working within the energy, construction, and mining industries.Since their incorporation nearly 20 years ago this procurement company pride themselves on their excellent levels of growth in recent years, boasting multiple offices and an every growing portfolio of blue-chip clients. They continuously develop and progress their staff, allowing clear pathways to senior roles such as Senior Buyer and Account Manager in the near future.This role would suit somebody with experience working in an office environment looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, utilising their communication skills and attention to detail to build a career within sales.The Role:

• Making outbound calls, negotiating with suppliers and providing quotes
• Working within the energy, construction and mining sectors
• Ongoing training through shadowing within a close-knit office
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

The Person:

• Background within logistics, procurement, supply chain or similar
• Looking for a sales-based role within an office environment
