Key Account Manager
Overview
Myriad Genetics is seeking exceptional Key Account Sales professionals who want to make a meaningful impact on patient lives through precision medicine. As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you won’t just sell solutions-you’ll shape how health systems adopt and scale genomics at an enterprise level. By leading initiatives that expand access, embed Myriad solutions into clinical workflows, and drive measurable clinical and business outcomes, you’ll play a direct role in advancing the future of patient care.
This role blends strategic account leadership, digital transformation, and consultative partnership at the intersection of genomics, technology, and healthcare delivery. The KAM fuels growth by executing EMR and digital integrations, activating hereditary cancer screening protocols, and delivering highimpact strategic initiatives across aligned clinical accounts and networks. You will ensure Myriad’s tools, workflows, and programs are not only implemented-but fully adopted and optimized-so providers can focus on what matters most: delivering better care to more patients.

Estimated OTE: $235,796 – $274,746 annually (base + attarget incentive)
