Short Description

Responsible for:

• washing pots; recording dish machine – pot machine temperatures; record PPM.
• set-up, clean and sanitize dish machine – pot machines.
• refilling hand soap dispensers throughout the department as well as replenishing paper towels as needed.
• removal of recyclables and regular trash from department to dumpsters at the loading dock.
• sweeping and mopping all floors within the department. Spot cleaning as assigned.
• assisting storeroom as assigned – necessary.

experience Required

3-5 years custodial experience; pot washing and dish room experience preferred.

education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Special Requirements

Knowledge of PPE and cleaning supplies/chemicals.

Knowledge of SDS (formerly MSDS).

The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.
