Short Description
Responsible for:
- washing pots; recording dish machine – pot machine temperatures; record PPM.
- set-up, clean and sanitize dish machine – pot machines.
- refilling hand soap dispensers throughout the department as well as replenishing paper towels as needed.
- removal of recyclables and regular trash from department to dumpsters at the loading dock.
- sweeping and mopping all floors within the department. Spot cleaning as assigned.
- assisting storeroom as assigned – necessary.
experience Required
3-5 years custodial experience; pot washing and dish room experience preferred.
education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Special Requirements
Knowledge of PPE and cleaning supplies/chemicals.
Knowledge of SDS (formerly MSDS).
The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.
A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
