This role is for September 2025.Duties as a Year 2/3 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Support pupils in their transition from KS1 to KS2, ensuring continuity and progression in their learning.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities and events.

Ideal Year 2/3 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong understanding of teaching in KS1 and/or lower KS2.
• A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and engage pupils.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a Year 2/3 Teacher.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.
