• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community

Ideal KS2 Teacher:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Has experience teaching in KS2 (or is an ECT with relevant training and enthusiasm)
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners
• Is passionate about providing engaging and inclusive education
• Works well as part of a team and contributes to the school’s ethos
