Summary
The Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) Supervisor provides hands-on leadership and management of our LSS Teams, ensuring effective workload distribution, assignment management, and employee performance. The role is responsible for fostering a high-performance, collaborative work environment by building strong relationships with attorneys, paralegals, administrators, HR, receptionist and other support staff. Key responsibilities include addressing employee relations matters, supporting career development, mentoring, and promoting employee well-being. The LAA supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining service excellence by optimizing team workflows, driving professional growth, and ensuring responsive and efficient support for clients and legal teams. Effective communication, organizational leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to the success of this role.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a professional, fast paced office environment that may require additional hours to complete work.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 – $105,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual’s unique qualifications and experience.
