Landscape Technician

Job Summary: The Landscape Foreman performs daily technical functions within the Landscaping department. This position is responsible for all landscape needs such as mowing, weed eating, trimming bushes, weeding flower beds, washing down the streets, and sealing the streets once a year. Other duties may be asked of this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mowing, weed eating, trimming bushes, weeding flower beds.
• Washing down the streets before park opening each day.
• Sealing the streets once a year.
• Follow State and Federal OSHA Safety Standards and other policies and procedures of the Park and Company
• All other duties as requested or assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be able to use lawn equipment.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be able to work in the heat.
• Must be able to access all areas of the park. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be capable of bending, squatting, and kneeling.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole. While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate.
