Our client, a world-leading engineering company, is seeking a talented and highly skilled IT Lead Business Analyst.**this role requires candidates to either hold current SC or DV clearance.We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst (IT) to lead a small team of BA’s while also staying hands on running your own projects. This is a new role to support our clients expanding organisation and an exciting time to join as they develop their IT services & operations. You’ll focus on their emerging defence portfolio of work.Core Responsibilities

• Lead on the development and elaboration of compelling Business Cases and detailed requirements documentation
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise your team
• Identify & propose continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure that project benefits are clearly identified, mapped and monitored at initiation and throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide IT Governance assurance for non-functional requirements
• Ensure that project solutions are in-line with key stakeholder requirements

So, what are we looking for in your application?We will prioritise applications with background in fields such as defence, engineering &
manufacturing industries, alongside Technical & IT Focussed Business Analysts.What we will need from you· Proven track record In an IT/ Technical Business Analyst role and Lead or
Senior BA role
· Security Clearance – SC as a minimum with willingness to undertake DV.
· Team leadership experience, you’ll be managing a small team.
· Experience in supporting or delivering large scale business change
· Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
