About This RoleThe Lead of Civil Aviation’s Lead to Revenue process will own the end-to-end sales, contracting, revenue recognition and collections processes throughout the business. The Lead will optimize, drive efficiency, continuously improve and align business processes, where applicable, across diverse functional areas and regions. Based on process performance measurements, the Lead will create a business process roadmap, prepare, and pitch investment business cases with measurable returns. Upon approval, the lead will execute the investment project and deliver committed business value.This role requires a strong understanding of our training business. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and work ethic will support success in this role.
- Change Management: Drive change initiatives to support process improvement, ensuring effective communication and training to enable seamless adoption of new processes across the organization.
- Training: Organize and provide training to end users on current and evolving processes.
- Process Optimization: Assess, design, and implement standardized global processes that drive operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall business performance.
- Technology Integration: Work closely with Technology teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity. Collaborate in the creation of business cases. Author business requirements to support technology integration planning.
- Roadmap: Create business cases with strong return on investments to achieve optimization targets. Present to department leadership for review and submission to executive team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including regional process owners, department heads, and senior leadership, to define process requirements, establish best practices, and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancements to meet organizational objectives.
- Performance Reviews: Adhere to process governance framework and prepare consistent reporting to key stakeholders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Develop clear alignment and collaboration with the Civil Global Training Organization to ensure that processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, while actively mitigating potential risks associated with process implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven understanding of process management or process improvement role within a global organization.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful process implementation and change management.
- In-depth understanding of sales best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in working across diverse cultures and regions, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Familiarity with CRM toolsets, process automation and related technologies is highly desirable.
- Understanding and experience in business process methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
