Job Title: Lead Consultant

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Technology – Agri Commodity, Java, Data Modeling, any web UI technology.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a techno-functional expert for contributing to a high-stakes project involving risk management systems for agricultural commodities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of food security issues, particularly in Arabic-speaking regions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and domain expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets related to food security, including agricultural production, market prices, climate patterns, and socio-economic indicators etc.
• Coordinate with various government or local agencies to ensure and facilitate the smooth data requirement gathering and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with software developers in global delivery model to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Conduct system demo to client and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and collect feedback on system functionality.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, Knowledge transfer and resolve conflicts between different stakeholder needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on system functionalities and data analysis tools.
• Ensure data integrity and security in all data handling and analysis activities.
• Assist in change management processes, helping users adapt to new systems and workflows smooth transition to operation and transfer phases.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in the Techno-Functional role preferably in Agri commodity.
• Experience in coordinating with various government agencies and local industry body in KSA.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, agile environment
• Exhibiting a relentless commitment to customer orientation and consistently delivering exceptional quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to BigQuery or any other data warehouse technology
• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Experience in Application development in GCP
