Lead Consultant/Data Analytics Consultant, Financial Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Lead Consultant/Data Analytics Consultant to join our Data & Analytics practice and work with leading financial sector clients to design cutting-edge data strategies, develop scalable platforms and build the data organizations of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team in the provision of consulting and data development services
• Lead development teams, identify client needs and deliver customized high-impact data solutions
• Develop and implement data strategies that align business objectives with advanced analytics and AI-driven insights
• Advise clients on the latest technologies, platforms and best practices in data & analytics ensuring they harness their full potential
• Drive business growth by expanding existing client relationships and contributing to the evolution of our service portfolio
• Analyse data, identify trends and make strategic recommendations to clients
• Ensure that project milestones and objectives are met within the set timeframe

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics consulting specifically for financial sector clients
• 5+ years of experience in leading Data Analytics consulting projects
• Expertise in data management, data strategy and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Proficiency in key analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau and Power BI
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in client-facing roles and project delivery demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
