We are looking for a Lead Consultant/Data Analytics Consultant to join our Data & Analytics practice and work with leading Retail & CPG sector clients to design cutting-edge data strategies, develop scalable platforms and build the data organizations of tomorrow.

Responsibilities
Lead and support a team in the provision of consulting and data development services
Lead development teams, identify client needs and deliver customized high-impact data solutions
Develop and implement data strategies that align business objectives with advanced analytics and AI-driven insights
Advise clients on the latest technologies, platforms and best practices in data & analytics ensuring they harness their full potential
Drive business growth by expanding existing client relationships and contributing to the evolution of our service portfolio
Analyse data, identify trends and make strategic recommendations to clients
Ensure that project milestones and objectives are met within the set timeframe
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Data Analytics consulting specifically for Retail & CPG sector clients
7+ years of experience in leading Data Analytics consulting projects
Expertise in data management, data strategy and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Proficiency in key analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau and Power BI
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer behaviour and market trends
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Experience in client-facing roles and project delivery demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
