主な職務

o 業務プロセスを分析し、Oracleによる顧客のビジネス変革を支援

o Oracle Manufacturing Cloud実装の実務経験.

o Design, prototype and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle Oracleでの実地のコンフィギュレーションを通じて、ソリューションの設計、プロトタイプ作成、反復を実施

o Oracleシステムを構築、文書化、テストする実装のメソドロジーを理解し、適用

o オフショアチームとの連携による成果物の調整

o 他のトラックのメンバーやビジネスパートナーと調整し、ビジネスソリューションをモデル化、設計、構築

o 受注管理チームおよび製品開発チームと協力し、要件を定義し、ステータスの更新、スコープの変更など、プロジェクトの立ち上げから納品までをリード

o Oracle SCM Applicationsの実装およびサポートの8年以上の経験（Oracle Manufacturing Cloudの実装およびサポートに係る2つ以上のフルサイクルプロジェクトを含む）

o 製造領域におけるOracle Inventory ManagementおよびItem Masterの知識、Forecast-to-Plan（予測～計画）、Plan-to-Build（計画～構築）、Order-to-Cash（受注～キャッシュ）、Procure-to-Pay（調達～支払）などサプライチェーンビジネスプロセスの経験。現場での経験があることが望ましい

o 複雑なERPソリューションのIT分析、設計、開発の経験

必須の資格

• 認定教育機関での学士号取得者、またはそれに相当する外国人学生。また、学歴の代わりに3年間の専門分野での実務経験も考慮
• 情報テクノロジーにおける10 年以上の経験
• 日本国籍および日本での就労資格をお持ちの方のご応募を推奨。スポンサー対応: 今回はなし
• コンサルティング – 製造の 8年以上の経験

優遇される資格

• Oracle SCM Cloud – 製造その他のカテゴリーの認定資格
• Oracle SCM Cloud（特にOracle SCM Manufacturing Cloud、Quality、およびMaintenanceモジュール）における5年以上の業務経験
• 製造、品質、保守のクラウドモジュールの専門知識
• クラウド実装認定資格は、さらに優遇
• 書面および口頭の優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• 優れた問題解決能力および分析能力を有し、現場での素早い学習が可能
• 優れた対人スキルとチームワークが必要
