Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP PP modules to ensure smooth business operations related to production and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP PP Module Implementation & Configuration
Implement, configure, and support SAP PP module (Production Planning) to meet business requirements.
Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and propose solutions.
Configure production planning, scheduling, and execution processes within SAP.
Integration with Other SAP Modules
Integrate SAP PP with other modules like SAP MM (Material Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP QM (Quality Management).
Ensure smooth data flow and system integration between various SAP modules.
Business Process Design & Optimization
Design and optimize business processes related to production, planning, and scheduling.
Provide recommendations for improvements in the production planning and execution process.
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of SAP PP related issues.
Assist with system enhancements and optimizations, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
User Training & Documentation
Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP PP functionalities.
Prepare detailed documentation and user manuals for system configurations and processes.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and operations teams, to ensure successful project implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in SAP PP implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of SAP Production Planning, scheduling, and manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience in integrating SAP PP with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM).
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
SAP certification in PP module (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of industry best practices in manufacturing and production processes.
Experience in project management or leading implementation projects.
