Lead HVAC Mechanic (Full Time) – Overland/St. Louis, Missouri

Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our team in a full-time position providing operations and mechanical maintenance services for commercial facilities.

Position Details

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Wage: $31.32 per hour plus $5.09 hourly fringe benefits
• Benefits package included

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
  • Air handlers
  • VAV components
  • Large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment
  • Other HVAC systems and components
• Assist in maintaining facility operations and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in:
  • Building maintenance and operations
  • Commercial HVAC maintenance and repair
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Ability to obtain NATE Certification within 6 months of hire
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade school training preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety Procedures
• Must be competent in HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance procedures

Additional Requirements

• Drug screening required
• Background check required

Pay Rate: $31.32
Hourly Fringe Rate: $5.09
**$1,500 Signing Bonus**
A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.
