Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Lead Marketing Communications Project Manager to support our Ancillary Products and join our team inHolland.

As a Lead Marketing Communications Project Manager you will;

Lead a variety of strategic, market-facing, and product marketing projects for the Ancillary business unit, by managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and project execution ensuring initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Essential Functions

Lead Project/Program Teams: Lead project and/or program teams, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
Contribute to Project/Program Strategies: With management team, develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
Oversee Project/Program Budgets: Ensure compliance with project or program budgets, allocating resources strategically.
Develop and Implement Project/Program Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
Collaborate With Cross-Functional Leaders: Collaborate with leaders from other departments to align efforts with business goals.
Drive Project/Program Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, exploring and implementing new technologies, processes, and approaches to enhance effectiveness.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay informed and apply new knowledge about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project/program management to maintain a competitive advantage.
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field of study.
7 years experience within Marketing Communications, Marketing Project Management, Product Management, and Brand Management or similar (OR 5 years related experience with Master’s Degree)
Applicants must be able to work inHolland, MI without relocation assistance.
Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the furniture industry and/or design
Experience supporting ancillary products
Experience working with the architecture & design community
Experience directly supporting a sales organization
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools
PMP certified
