HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
The Total Rewards Analyst will support and collaborate with North Highland’s leadership to provide broad-based compensation & benefits knowledge and support through research, analysis, and ongoing administration of the Company’s total rewards program. The position focuses on compensation programs (base pay, variable incentives, sales compensation, and equity programs) and benefits with the purpose of attracting, retaining, and rewarding our employees.
You’ll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.
