We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Clinical Research Nurse Manager to lead clinical research operations, elevate quality patient care, and support a high-performing team in a dynamic oncology research environment. This is an opportunity for a nursing leader who is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on patients enrolled in clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day clinical research nursing operations within the Clinical Research Unit.
* Drive excellence in patient care, safety, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.
* Manage staffing, coaching, performance development, and team engagement.
* Partner across departments to support research protocols and protocol patient care.
* Contribute to strategic planning, implementations of new services and budget stewardship.
* Support education and clinical research readiness across inpatient and outpatient teams.
Qualifications
Your qualifications should include:
- Education: BSN or Masters
- Licensure: CA RN License
- experience:
- 3-5 years oncology nursing experience
- 1-2 years of Supervisor experience
- Preferred:
- Clinical research experience
- OCN or AOCN Certification
