Following a successful internal promotion, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Learning & Development Manager. In this role, you’ll develop and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy for our business unit, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Your mission will be to foster continuous professional development, equipping colleagues with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles and reach their full potential within the business. You’ll manage and measure robust training packages to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESEmbrace Flexibility with Us! Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. During your first six months, you’ll be based on-site, fostering relationships and connecting with colleagues. After this period, enjoy the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days remotely.
