Learning Support Assistant | SEN & Classroom Support | £80-£100 Per Day | Enfield, North LondonAre you an enthusiastic and proactive Learning Support Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Reeson Education is delighted to offer a role in a welcoming primary school in Enfield, where you will provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with additional learning needs.This is an ideal position for a Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils in their academic and social development.The Role:

• Position: Learning Support Assistant.
• Salary: £80-£100 per day, depending on experience.
• Location: Enfield, North London.
• Start Date: Immediate.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who need extra help in the classroom, ensuring they stay engaged and on track with their learning.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering tailored learning interventions for pupils with SEN or additional needs.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support, adapting teaching materials when necessary.
• Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Encourage pupils’ confidence, social skills, and academic progress.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to enhance pupil learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role.
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to working with children.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A passion for helping children overcome learning barriers.
• Experience with ASD, dyslexia, or SEMH is desirable but not essential.
