Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their full potential? Justteachers is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work full-time in a partner secondary school in the Skipton area.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs
• Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities
• Work closely with teaching staff to promote an inclusive learning environment
• Encourage and support students in developing confidence and independence in their studies
• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and safe learning atmosphere

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly in an educational setting
• A relevant qualification is desirable
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting students with varying needs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
