Beach Baker is recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s largest commercial property consultancies, with a global presence. Our client works with many of the world’s leading landlords and corporate occupiers, fostering a work environment built on diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.The RoleWe are seeking a Lease Consultancy Surveyor to join a busy, professional, and sociable office in Bristol, covering the South West of England. This is a replacement position for an individual at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level, ideally with experience working with similar high-profile clients.You will work across industrial, office, and retail sectors, managing clients that include international distribution firms, global banks, government institutions, and marketing agencies.Main Duties

• Undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Conducting property inspections, negotiations, and preparing third-party submissions when required.
• Using research and analytical skills to identify and interpret market rental evidence.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Managing and prioritizing a busy caseload efficiently.
• Building a network of internal and external contacts to support business development.

Experience Required

• Ideally MRICS qualified or on track to qualify, with up to 2+ years PQE.
• Lease consultancy experience is preferred, but general practice surveying experience will also be considered.
