Salary: $23-$25/hr.

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a leasing agent in the Otay Ranch area. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, understands the importance of hospitality, and can guide prospective residents through the leasing process with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process
• Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide customer service and resolve minor tenant concerns.

Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers, email, and answering phones
• Background check and Drug screen required

Schedule:

Tuesday- Saturdays 8:00AM-5:00PM (Sundays and Mondays Off)

Pay: $23-$25/hr. depending on experience
