Job Title: Leasing Agent

Job Summary: The Leasing Agent is responsible for assisting property owners and management companies in leasing residential or commercial properties. This role involves assisting with leasing calls and customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective tenants over the phone, and via email.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, tenant communications, and property availability.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve tenant concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
