| Primary Purpose and Essential Functions | The School of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of the Pacific invites applications for a full-time non-tenure-track (NTT) Lecturer or Assistant Professor of Practice (depending on Ph.D. or industry experience) in Construction Engineering to start in August 2026. The successful candidate will contribute across programs, particularly in Civil Engineering and Engineering management. The standard workload is seven (7) courses over the Fall and Spring Semesters or equivalent, which may be distributed across:

| Hiring Range | $75,000 – $85,000 (We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
