The Aston School of Computer Science and Digital Technologies is looking for a lecturer in Cyber Security to help reinforce its research and teaching in the area. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across several areas of the computer science and cyber security curricula. As the successful candidate you will have a strong research area in Cyber Security.Aston University has a very ambitious strategy in digital technologies, which benefits the school directly in both its research and teaching environments, providing exciting opportunities to develop one’s research and teaching career.The school is experiencing a period of growth in terms of research activity and student recruitment in the digital sciences: computer science, cyber security, artificial intelligence and data science. • Hold a PhD that is relevant to the role

• Have held a Student or Graduate visa in the last 2 years

• Are already in the UK with a Tier 2 or Skilled Worker visa issued before April 4th 2024
