This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to contribute to high-quality delivery of Early Years programmes across Levels 1, 2, and 3.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Early Years programmes (Levels 1-3), ensuring that learning is tailored to meet a diverse range of student needs.
• Develop and adapt high-quality teaching resources and schemes of work in line with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor and record learner progress, attendance, and achievement, while maintaining high standards of classroom management.
• Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in achieving their academic and personal goals.
• Take on course leadership responsibilities and contribute to curriculum planning and development where appropriate.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent).
• A Level 5 Teaching Qualification (or willingness to complete within 3 years of employment or the first available course).
• Demonstrable experience working with learners of varying needs and abilities within an educational setting.
• A strong understanding of current educational practices and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
