Job Description:

The new hire will develop and teach undergraduate courses in leadership and will work closely with senior faculty and staff to enhance the ongoing development of leadership learning in the Heavener School of Business.

Expected Salary:

Salary is competitive and based on experience and academic credentials.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Business or a related field by August 2025.

PreferredDoctoral degree (Ph.D. or DBA) in business or related field by August 2025. Preference will be given to candidates who have significant teaching experience and a record of successful program development and/or student engagement. Business knowledge and experience also preferred, but not required.

Our department currently offers undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. programs in Management.
