Its activities include construction, rehabilitation, and reinforcement projects for the infrastructures under its responsibility, as well as their operation and maintenance.To complement the existing team, JCCBI is looking for a Legal Counsel for a 15-month maternity leave replacement contract. Your role will include reviewing and drafting various contracts and related documents, including calls for tenders and requests for proposals, for both the construction sector and professional services. You will participate in updating templates and will contribute to standardizing practices within the organization. As Legal Counsel, you will support various departments in managing and negotiating claims. Finally, you will organize training sessions and presentations to raise awareness among teams about legal issues.Do you have a strong interest in commercial law, demonstrate initiative, discipline, and autonomy, and thrive as a team player?
