Legal Counsel | Global Construction Business | London Due to their impressive recent growth, this established Construction Business are searching for a Commercial Lawyer to add to their in-house legal team of 10 based in Central London. The BusinessThis historic business specialises in providing commercial services tailored to clients in the Construction, Infrastructure, and Property sectors. Through substantial investments in state-of-the-art, industry-specific technology, the company stays ahead of the competition, ensuring that their services empower clients to achieve success across all aspects of their business.Moreover, the business supports each of their clients with their Net Zero goals, with the aim to be Net Zero by 2030, in line with the UN’s sustainable development goals.The RoleWorking within a collaborative team of 10 legal professionals, you will report into the Head of Legal, taking responsibility for a range of legal responsibilities, incl; framework agreements, consultancy agreements, professional service agreements, deeds of novation/variation, confidentiality agreements and various other legal documents.You will also assist on dispute resolution, contract management, legal research and much more. You will also monitor changes in legislation, ensuing that policies, documents and procedures are kept up-to-date with the law.Requirements2-6 years PQE (SRA or CILEX)Experience with professional service agreements, consultancy agreements, framework agreementsAble to liaise with various internal & external stakeholdersIf you are a driven lawyer looking for a challenging, in-house role within a well-established legal team – this could be a great fit for you.
