• Supporting and leading on the organisation’s litigation across all departments as required.
• Providing accurate, timely and commercially-minded legal advice on a range of regulatory matters.
• Providing a positive and solutions-oriented approach to issues and challenges, often in relation to complex and innovative matters.
• Ensuring the business complies with its various legal and statutory obligations.
• Identifying and assuming responsibility for legal and non-legal projects.
• Contributing to the development and roll-out of know-how across the business.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• 3-4 PQE qualified to practice law in England and Wales (desired, however this is supplied as a guide and all candidates will be considered on merit).
• Training and qualification at a leading law firm with proven experience in commercial litigation, regulatory, and/or arbitration.
• Professional with strong technical abilities, and a willingness to continue developing.
• Effectively manages time and competing demands, escalates and delegates work where appropriate.
• Demonstrates a confident and persuasive communication style (verbal and written) which adapts to the audience and circumstances.
