You will also draft legal documents relevant to your expertise and supervising the work of the team’s paralegals. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures related to the board of directors, while advising management on strategies to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring the minimization of legal risks for the company.Are you looking to join a growing company with both local and international presence?
