TSR Legal are currently partnering with a well-regarded top 100 multi-office law firm based in Cardiff who currently have a fantastic opportunity for either a Legal Director or a Partner with Agricultural property experience to sit within the property team. The team can offer this position to a Solicitor with at least 6+ PQE. The firm can consider this position, with a mix of working from home and based at the Cardiff office.The role will involve acting on a variety of property sales and purchases, all aspects of farms and estates, land and renewable projects, and conservation management. You will be responsible for working on behalf of some of the largest landowners in the UK working on sales above £ 100 million.You will be joining a highly successful team of lawyers who are experts in their field, you will also be working closely with the Real Estate and Private Wealth departments.
